As a Founding Principal of Industry Real Estate Partners, Stephen Pond directs disposition and acquisitions for industrial and office real estate including multi-tenant and single-tenant investment sales, user sales and single tenant-leasebacks.
During a 15-year tenure in commercial real estate, he joined NAI Brannen Goddard, one of Atlanta’s most renowned CRE brokerage firms, where he directed over 500 transactions totaling nearly $700 million in value with both local and national investors such as First Industrial, LINK, Prologis, Dalfen Industrial, Grubb Properties, High Street, Duke, Colony Light Industrial, Industrial Income Trust, TPG, Sealy, Equus Capital Partners, Block Funds, Clarion, Exeter, KKR, Longpoint, EastGroup and Black Creek Group. With the goal of bringing this wide breadth of institutional experience and a tailored approach to life in a new boutique setting, Stephen founded Industry Real Estate Partners alongside his two partners Jeff and Chip in 2021.
Stephen received his BBA from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with concentrations in Finance and Management. He is a licensed real estate broker, a member of the National Association of Realtors, and a Phoenix Award recipient for 10+ years in the Atlanta Commercial Board Million Dollar Club. Stephen earned recognition as one of NAI Global’s top producers from 2017-2020. He currently resides in north Atlanta with his wife, Lindsey and their three children.
