As a Vice President with Industry Real Estate Partners, Parker Buchanan is responsible for researching, identifying, marketing, and executing industrial, and IOS opportunities across the Southeast and nationally for existing and new clients—bringing over six years of focused expertise in this niche asset class to every client engagement.
Parker began his commercial real estate career at SVN, where he earned the Achievers Award in 2021 in recognition of his early production in industrial investment sales across the region. He went on to join BellStreet, where his performance continued to accelerate, culminating in the Top Producer award in 2023. Throughout his career, Parker has completed multiple transactions totaling in excess of $40 million, with a consistent focus on industrial assets, truck terminals, and IOS product.
A Georgia native, Parker received his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Wofford College. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, following Atlanta sports teams, and spending time with his wife and their dog.
