Dylan leads Industry Real Estate Partners' private equity and corporate M&A channel, advising sponsors, M&A advisors, and the owner-operators and portfolio companies they evaluate on sale-leasebacks and net-lease capital for industrial real estate.

He spent nearly eight years on the deal side before real estate — corporate transactions at Alvarez & Marsal and NTT DATA, running operational due diligence, carve-out separation, and post-merger integration for private equity sponsors and corporate clients. At A&M he built the standalone cost model behind buy-side diligence ahead of a $450M investment in an industrial materials manufacturer, served as a functional lead on the separation of a $900M division carved out of a $29B parent and sold to private equity, and co-led integration and Day-1 readiness for a $500M pharmaceutical acquisition.

The pattern repeated on nearly every deal: owned real estate rarely got priced as its own asset — folded into an EBITDA multiple or left financing nothing, because that isn't what a deal team is built to do. Dylan joined IREP to close that gap. Earlier roles in supply chain — inventory planning at HD Supply and intermodal operations at Hub Group on the Home Depot account — gave him an operator's read on what a facility does for a business, not just what it appraises for.

Dylan holds a BBA from the Scheller College of Business at the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Georgia. He represents IREP across national private equity and middle-market M&A venues, including ACG.

Outside of transaction work, Dylan enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his wife and two children.
