Brannan Southerland is an advisor with Industry Real Estate Partners, focused on industrial real estate across Georgia, including landlord and tenant representation, owner user sales, and investment transactions.

He primarily works with privately held businesses that own and operate from their facilities, advising on leasing strategy, acquisitions, dispositions, and sale leaseback opportunities. His approach is straightforward and execution driven, helping owners make practical real estate decisions that support growth, improve liquidity, and create long term flexibility.

Prior to entering commercial real estate, Brannan led the sales team at Northwest Exterminating, one of the Southeast’s largest privately held pest control companies. In that role, he worked closely with ownership and gained firsthand experience in how business operators think about capital, growth, and real estate. That operator perspective allows him to quickly connect with clients and focus on outcomes that extend beyond the transaction.

Brannan is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he was a four-year letterman on the football team under head coach Mark Richt and served as the team’s permanent offensive captain in 2008. During his career at Georgia, he recorded 22 total touchdowns and led the team in scoring during the 2006 season. The leadership, accountability, and competitive mindset developed during his time in the program continue to shape his approach to client relationships and execution.

Brannan and his wife, Julia, live in Sandy Springs with their four children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and following college athletics. He is also active in the local community, coaching his children in youth sports, serving on the board of Atlanta Colts Youth Association, and actively involved in Sandy Springs Youth Sports.
