Alex is an Atlanta native and commercial real estate broker who brings a unique operations-driven perspective to the Industry Real Estate Partners team. He earned his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and a master’s degree from Georgia State University, building a strong foundation that supports both his analytical and strategic approach to real estate.

Prior to entering commercial real estate in 2022, Alex worked in supply chain and operations at Linde Americas, a global industrial gas and engineering firm. This background gives him a unique understanding of how companies use space, move goods, and plan for growth, insights that are especially valuable in industrial real estate. By leveraging his background operational experience, Alex can anticipate client needs, evaluate efficiencies, and help occupiers make informed, forward-looking real estate decisions that align with their business objectives.

Since transitioning into commercial real estate, Alex has focused on tenant representation for both small, growing businesses & large corporate clients, assisting them with site selection, lease administration, sale-leasebacks, and lease renewals across multiple U.S. markets. He values collaboration and has built strong relationships with brokers nationwide to deliver the best possible outcomes for his clients.Alex lives in Roswell with his wife, Heather, and enjoys playing golf and competitive lacrosse, actively competing on Atlanta’s Southern Empire men’s lacrosse team.
